Summary: The candidate for this position must consent to and pass a background and drug test.

This is a Full-time position to support the company in its current stage of growth. Must have knowledge of receiving, warehousing, stockroom, inventory etc. Supports the stockroom team with picking, kitting and put away. Maintain compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)

This position will be responsible for supporting the following functional areas.

• Warehouse/stockroom operations. Receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
• Meets warehouse/stockroom operational standards by collaborating with team members and providing outstanding customer service to production.
• Help controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by housekeeping and safe work behavior.
• Ensures the optimal utilization of space through warehouse/stockroom consolidation.
• Assists with various projects as assigned by a direct Manager.
• May be required to assist with warehouse/stockroom functions which include but are not limited to shipping, packing, loading, unloading, and sorting.
• Frequently requires lifting objects up to 50 pounds. May require lifting and/or moving oversized objects more than 50 pounds.
• Other duties as assigned.

Direct Reports: None.

Hours of Work: Full time– first shift, with overtime requirements to support mission requirements.

Demonstrated Experience Required:
• Experience using ERP Systems; preferably Mysis
• Experience in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word, outlook
• Experience handling inventory physically and electronically
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to change priorities in a timely fashion
• Experience with kitting, work orders and material flow
• General Knowledge of Materials related Paperwork; BOL, Packing Slip, Invoice, etc.,
• Basic understanding of Inventory; counting, auditing, cycle-counting, put-away, etc.,

• Flexibility to work overtime as required – Availability to work Saturdays with the needs of the business
• Physical Requirements: ability to lift packages or materials up to 50lbs and move products using MHE.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite of Products, Outlook, Word, and Excel, willingness to learn.
• Ability to work while standing (approximately 70 % of the time) and sitting.
• Sets up Production kits, verify part numbers, and quantities to BOM, subs, equipment & fixtures as required.
• Participates in physical inventories (required).
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and corrects issues in the warehouse/stockroom
